A group of young actors gathers in a small theatre just before the premiere of an original play, as tensions, personal conflicts, and technical problems caused by the rain gradually spiral out of control. The lead actor, increasingly lost between his own identity and the role of a drunkard he portrays, provokes conflicts within the ensemble, especially with the lead actress for whom he harbors unrequited feelings.
