An academic painter, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1987 and is active in painting, theater, animation, and experimental film. He has held solo exhibitions in numerous European cities and is the author of approximately 40 set designs, two plays, nine short films, and an animated series. From 1989 to 2024, he taught at several faculties in Croatia and abroad, mentoring over 1,700 students. He is the recipient of multiple national awards. His work is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach and the continuous integration of artistic practice with pedagogical work.
